FreeBSD Security Event Auditing

從OS News看來的，FreeBSD 6.2裡面將有Security Event Auditing system，同時也把SCTP加入，好歡樂啊:p The new Security Event Auditing system, that “permits the selective and fine-grained logging of security-relevant system events for the purposes of post-mortem analysis, intrusion detection, and run-time monitoring analysis.”
OpenLDAP跟FreeBSD…(續)

昨天神秘的問題發生完後，不死心再裝一台FreeBSD 6起來，只不過這次是i386版，之前是灌amd64。 依照正常程續把OpenLDAP/pam_ldap/nss_ldap弄起來後，user也可以登進系統，但是用id xxx或是finger xxx都無法對應到正確的uid/gid找到user，而ls -al的時候是只看得到uid/gid，但是用root去看又可以對映的到-_-。

3G (山雞)之應用於推推電台

某正 長輩已經偷偷拿到3G的網卡，前天剛從會場回來後就看到手機上面出現了Knight的名字，真是緊張，我還以為要大食團哩-___-。 之後我就幫他弄個3G專用的推推電台，40kb，他說還不錯。… 這種東西真的不是小弟玩的起啊:~~ 不知道還要多久才能真正的有Mobile IP& device啊…. Ref: 推推無線電台 Part II
